１１月１１日木曜 天気：晴れ 行事：県内ＡＬＴ中間期研修会
今日は県内ＡＬＴ中間期研修会の第一日だった。県内のＡＬＴの皆さんと少部分の日本人英語教師は平田市のサンレイク大会館で２日間研修会がある、毎年。久しぶりほかのＡＬＴさんと会った。午後、日本文化ゲームをした。僕はカルタをした。今晩、いろんなＡＬＴと一緒に楽しく話しをしたり、面白くゲームをしたりした。「昔々」と言ったカードゲームは一番面白かった。ありがとうエマ君！

今日は県内ＡＬＴ中間期研修会の第二日だった。僕はプレゼンを発表した。テーマは「同じクラスで上級生と初級生と両方に教え方」と言った。部屋で全部のいすを使って、多い人々が来たから僕はドキドキワクワクしたが、出来た。多部分の人々は僕のプレゼンで便利な情報がもらったと思う。後でいろんなＡＬＴとＪＴＥは僕の発表会についていい感想を話したが、部分の人々は面白くなかったと信じている。仕方ないな！

2004-11-11 Thur. Weather: Sunny Plan: Shimane Pref. ALT Mid-Year Seminar
Today was the first day of the Shimane Pref. ALT Mid-Year Seminar. Every year, all the ALTs in Shimane and some of the Japanese Teachers of English (JTE) come to Sun Lake Meeting Hall in Hirata City for a two day training seminar. I met with other ALTs that I haven't seen in a long time. In the afternoon we played games from Japanese culture. I played "Karuta." In the evening we talked with other ALTs and played fun games. The most interested game was called "Once Upon A Time." Thanks Emmanual!

Today was the second day of the Shimane Pref. ALT Mid-Year Seminar. I had a presentation today. The theme was "How to teach High and Low-Level Students in the Same Classroom." All the seats in the room were used and a lot of people came, so I was nervous, but I did it. I think that most people got some useful information from my talk. Afterwards, some ALTs and JTEs gave me some good feedback on my presentation, but I believe that some people were not interested in it. Oh well!
