We had a really fun going away party for the 9^th graders today. Graduation is a very serious affairm so the going away party is a laid back, fun event to say goodbye to the 9^th graders. I got my birthday present from Signe's mom yesterday. It was a Cat in the Hat tie and picture book. I wore a suit to school today since I got a new tie. I never wear a suit to work, so when the students all saw me they said "you are SO cool!"...well I think they said that. (maybe not)

今日はとても楽しかった3年生を送る会でした。卒業式はすごく真面目なので、送り会晴れラックスな楽しく3年生のさようなら会です。昨日、シグニーの母から誕生日プレゼントをもらいました。かわいいキャット・イン・ザ・ハートのネックタイと絵本をもらいました。新しいネックタイがあるために、今日スーツを着ました。全然スーツを着ないので、生徒のみんなさんは「カッコいい!」と言いました…と思いました。（多分嘘）
