Two weeks ago I called the U.S. Microsoft XBOX 360 support line about my broken XBOX 360. The support representative told me that they would be sending a box to return the broken XBOX 360 in to Japan. It had been two weeks and no box, so I decided to call them up again. It turns out that not only did they not send the box, they also canceled my repair order! So I made another repair order today. This time they will send the box to my mother-in-law's house. I sent the broken XBOX 360 to her house as well. When she gets both the box and the XBOX 360, she will send the XBOX 360 in the box to the repair center. Mother-in-law, I am very indebted to you!

二週間前、壊れたXBOX360の修理についてアメリカのマイクロソフトXBOX360サッポートを電話しました。そのとき、サッポート員は日本に無料な送り返し箱を送っていると言ったけど、今日、二週間後、そう言う箱はまだまだ来ないので、もう一回電話しました。送り返し箱を送らなかったり、修理注文を中止したり、するのを見つけ出しました!そして、もう一つの修理注文をしました。今回、サッポート員は送り返し箱を姑のお宅に送るつもりです。僕は壊れたXBOX360を姑のお宅に送りました。姑は壊れたXBOX360と送り返し箱、両方が持っているとき、XBOX360にはいる箱を修理センターに送ります。姑、本当に、お世話になります。
