We started the process to buy a new car today. Well, actually the new Toyota Starlet is not new at all, but it seems like a good car for us. An auto mechanic that lives in Iinan and can speak English is taking care of all the details for the used Starlet. He is fixing what needs to be fixed, preparing the taxes, and doing all the nasty paperwork for us. We need a new car because our old Daihatsu Move finally died.

今日、新しい車を買うのが始まりました。実は、新しいトヨタスターレットが全然新しくないけど、僕たちのためにいい車と見えます。飯南町に住んでいる英語ができる自動車整備士は中古のスターレットを修理したり、車検をしたり、全部の面倒くさい書類を書いたり、します。前のダイハツムーヴという車はついに死んだので、そういう新しい車が必要。
