I read an interesting article today. It is in the political science journal "The National Interest" and it is entitled "Leveraging Islam," by Amitai Etzioni. Basically it says in the Middle East there are two types of Islam: radical Islam and moderate Islam. The article makes the argument that the West should support moderate Islam.
